Proposed:  Simple and unique system meant to prevent destructions of residential and industrial structures by catastrophic environmental events such as high winds, hurricanes and earthquakes.                      The effective, universal, and inexpensive product can be sold through retail stores for the self-installation.   With proper leadership the product may serve as a foundation for creation of a one-of-kind industry specializing in providing expertise, manufacturing, distribution, installation, customization, maintenance, protective services, literature and CD publishing, and other services related to the prevention of the catastrophic damages.   According to National Center of Atmospheric Research, there are 105 million people live in the regions affected by high winds in USA alone. Annual average losses were found increasing from $6.2 billion in 1997 to $ 18 billion annually in 2006.   It has to be noted, that US market constitutes only 27% of the global market. Due to its high promotional content, the product is intended to expand in to many overseas markets including China, Indonesia, India, Africa Australia, Islands of Caribbean and Pacific, Central America, and Mexico.   Depending on initial investment from $500,000 to $ 2,000,000 the cumulative net income may result from $80 M to $386 M within five years of operations. At this phase, for the conservatism, the above estimate includes only limited amount of potential private and commercial customers. Also, only the least expensive product was considered.
