We try to present the item as accurately as possible. We can not guarantee this information's exact accuracy as unforeseen variables do come into play. Variables like extent of prior use, altitude, conditions used in, purposes used for, etc. may require some adjustments made to equipment once received. For that reason, all used items is sold AS-IS unless stated otherwise by seller. 2. POINT OF SALE All used equipment is sold FOB at our warehouse in Miami, FL 33137. We, the seller, accept no responsibility for the item after it leaves our warehouse. Please check items when you receive them and note any damage on the bill of lading, so that it will ease your claim with the freight carrier if needed. 3. PACKING, CRATING, & SHIPPING All used equipment will be wrapped in protective wrap and secured for shipping unless other arrangements are made (packing fees for this service will only be charged if explicitly stated in individual auction, otherwise no extra fees apply). We will be happy to help arrange shipping, crating and additional packaging. However, we accept no responsibility for merchandise damaged after it leaves our facility. For this reason, we strongly suggest professional crating. Any crating done by our third party crating service will be quoted and billed to customer at cost. If item does get damaged in route to you, we will try to aid you in filing a damage claim with the freight carrier. 4. WARRANTIES & DISCREPANCIES All used merchandise is 'as is / where is'. All new equipment is sold with the manufacturer's warranty only. There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for a particular use. If buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or its condition in our posting, or terms and conditions, the buyer must relay to the seller why they think there is a misrepresentation. The seller will review the facts and make a decision regarding the supposed misrepresentation. If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund only bid amount of the merchandise upon its return to our facility, freight paid by the buyer. We will not refund packing or shipping charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's decision. Please note, we are a full service restaurant supply and equipment dealer with a retail showroom. FEEDBACK If you are a bidder with a negative feedback rating or significant negative feedback, please contact us upon bidding. We reserve the right to reject bids from eBayers with negative or no feedback. 6. FORMS OF PAYMENT AND TERMS We accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. For PayPal and credit card payments, order will be processed immediately and ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. For all other forms of payment, items will be processed as soon as payment clears and ship 1-2 business days after. Personal and out of state checks can take up to 7-10 business days to clear.
